Winter Wedding PTU Tutorial

This tutorial was written by me. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is pure coincidence. Please DO NOT claim this tutorial as your own. It was written in PSP 9 but should be compatible with any version of PSP.



I am using the artwork of Tim Lowery. You need a license to use his tubes. You can buy this tube at Artistically Inclined Licensing

Open template

Duplicate and close original

Delete credits and background

Image, resize to 650 in width

Image, canvas size 650 x 650

Select lg star 1

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer. You will have to move it a little to the right so it will cover all the star

Selections, Invert

Edit, clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, settings of:
Vertical and Horizontal: 2
Opacity: 65
Blur: 5
Color: Black
Shadow on new layer NOT Checked

Delete  lg star 1

Select  lg star 2

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 1

Edit, paste, paste as new layer. Move over to the left a bit so it covers the whole star

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Effects, 3D Effects, Drop Shadow, Same Settings

Delete lg star 2

Select rect

Edit, copy Paper 6

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Using your Dropper tool find a color you want to use as we are going to colorize a paper. I chose b5d6f7

Select Paper 7

Adjust, Color Balance, Manual Color Correction with the settings of:
Manual Target Color
Source: Light Grey
Target:  b5d6f7

Select Circle 1

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 7

Edit, paste, paste as new layer. Move paper over to the left some so it will fill the circle

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Delete Circle 1

Select Circle 2

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Paper 7

Edit, paste, paste as new layer. Move paper over to the right some so it will fill the circle

Selections, Invert

Edit, Clear

Selections, Select None

Delete Circle 2

Select Raster 3

Selections, Select All, Float, Defloat

Edit, copy Close up of your tube

Edit, paste, paste as new layer

Image, resize 60%

Move over to the right and move around til you have it the way you want it

Change blend mode of this layer to Luminance(legacy)

Delete Raster 1 and Raster 2

Edit, copy Bling Swirl
